1. The data we keep on you
Your name, email address and mobile number; identity documents where verification is required of us; billing and deposit records; the strategies you configure and the trades they produce; and technical data such as IP address, device type and log timestamps.
2. What we do with it
Run your account, execute the instructions you configure, answer your support requests, detect fraud and abuse, satisfy our legal obligations, and — only where you have asked for them — send product updates.
3. Security data specifically
Passwords are stored as hashes and second-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. Withdrawal destinations and device history are retained because they are how unauthorised access gets noticed. None of this is shared with third parties.
4. Why we are allowed to
Most processing is necessary to perform our contract with you. Some is required by law. Security and service improvement rest on legitimate interests. Marketing rests on your consent and nothing else.
5. Processors we share with
Processors who host our infrastructure, handle payments, and provide analytics and support tooling — each bound by contract to confidentiality and to using the data only as instructed. We do not sell personal data, and we do not trade it for services.
6. When we delete it
Account and trading records last for the life of the account and then for the period tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules require. Data belonging to simulated-only accounts is removed shortly after closure.
7. Your rights
Depending where you live you may request a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how it is used, take it elsewhere, or object to particular processing. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it.
8. Cookies and the analytics choice
Essential cookies keep you signed in and your session secure. Optional analytics cookies tell us how the site is used, and nothing analytical loads until you accept them. Change your mind whenever you like, from the banner or your browser.
9. Data leaving your country
Processing may happen outside the country you are in. Where the law requires a safeguard for that, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
